Registration:    $369.00
Online registration begins November 10, 2008.
Fees will be used to cover the costs of one hosted dinner, three (3) lunches, and facilities.

  • Cancellations received on or before February 6, 2009, are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • For cancellation requests received between February 6th and February 20th, 2009, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • Confirmed registrants who do not participate or who cancel after February 20th, 2009, will forfeit their entire registration fee.

Rooms are available at a special group rate of $119.00 + taxes (standard) and $139.00 + taxes (king deluxe) until February 2, 2009, so please book early. If you choose to call the hotel please tell them you are attending the Telvent MMUG meeting, in order to receive the discount.

Cancellation: Reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card and will be billed automatically for one night unless cancelled at least one day prior to arrival.
