Complete information about your current configuration including the current version/build of the Telvent Miner & Miner product(s) in question; versions of ArcGIS® and ArcSDE®; and what RDBMS you are using;
Complete description of the problem including the steps to reproduce, exact text (or best, a screen capture) of the actual error message, frequency of problem and extent of users affected;
Also please offer information on when this problem originally surfaced and what possible changes in your configuration or setup could have contributed to this issue.
